Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AI Supervisor platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Description of Service
AI Supervisor is an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence platform that monitors equipment health, predicts failures, and provides actionable insights to optimize production operations. The Service includes software, algorithms, dashboards, alerts, and related documentation provided by Didactic.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Didactic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the manufacturing data, operational information, and other content you provide to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and analyze Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from Your Data for analytics, research, and service improvement purposes. This anonymized data will not identify you or your organization.
Service Level and Availability
While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Didactic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Didactic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
